Phenix Floor Covering at 999 Enterprise Drive, Dalton, Georgia.

I am very disappointed in Phenix Flooring. I filed a claim with Lowe’s in Florence Kentucky due to my carpet looking terrible. It’s under warranty remind you. So first the claims department won’t talk to me. Everything has to go through Lowe’s. That’s fine! So i send Lowe’s pictures and receipts of carpet cleanings. About two weeks later they send out Bob, owner of All Flooring Inspections. Bob showed up and seemed like a never nice “honest” guy. I showed him all of the trouble areas. He was in all of the problems! Keep telling me that their is no way my carpet should look like this.. One of the issues Bob pointed out was texture change, went from plush to flat and hard, loss of fibers, here is one of Bob’s key words! “Appearance Retention” I also have wrinkles all over! Bob tells my wife and I that our carpet is crushed looking and that our carpet isn’t responding. But then Bob goes and writes his report and basically blamed everything on the installers. We paid Lowe’s to install our carpet. I guess Lowe’s doesn’t stand behind there work either. It’s just very sad that Bob completely must have changed his mind from the time he left our home till the time he gave Phenix Flooring. I wouldn’t buy carpet from Lowe’s or from Phenix Flooring! Neither stand behind their work or product. Very sad!
