For everyone on here complaining maybe you should do some research before calling for a tow or any service for that matter. Yes there will be a charge for them coming out period. No it is not cheap! There are many different factors that go into the price you are charged. This is a well established company if they didn't charge the prices they charge they would go under. It cost a lot of money to keep those trucks up and running and to pay the employees. So if you are complaining then you are probably one of those people who are always wanting something for free. A company can not survive by giving handouts. I know the people who own and run this business personally! They are very professional and all around good people. If you have encountered someone being rude to you then guaranteed you were rude first. They are professional but they also are not going to take any crap from anyone. You give respect you get respect! If you are rude you will get rude right back at you. So if you were not happy with your experience maybe you should check yourself first before leaving a bad review on the company.
