A-­1 Pumping Service and Drain Cleaning at 4468 Mitchell Bridge Road Northeast, Dalton, Georgia.

Today, 8/17/2017 I called A-1 to pump my septic tank and to have them look at why it was backing up. I was quoted a price, along with costs for extra problems that could be encountered. What was quoted sounded quite reasonable so pumping was scheduled for this morning.
They arrived within an hour and for about two hours, the two worked hard in the heat and high humidity.
When they finished, I asked the amount that I owed and to my surprise I was told the amount. There were no extra add ons They dug the wet clay by hand and it looked to average more than 12 inches deep from afar. I questioned and the base price was again confirmed. I then asked about my field lines, to which I was told that likely tree roots had blocked it but the roots had been cut back and the field lines should be fine. Wow.. What wonderful people and the service they offer.
